





Summer Workshop Series with Green Seed Herbals #2 Wilson Herb Farm- Tataki Zome & Lemon Balm and Tulsi Hydrosol
One Evening: Two Hands-on Botanical Experiences
Join us on July 23rd from 5-7pm at Wilson Herb Farm Greensboro, VT for an evening of crafting your own hydrosol with fresh Lemon Balm and Tulsi from Wilson Herb Farm and creating a wearable piece of art by hammering fresh flowers and herbs from the farm onto an organic hemp tank topusing a technique called Tataki Zome. End the evening with an herbaceous ice cream from their farm stand and explore the goods that they offer.
Wilson Herb Farm is Wilson Farm is comprised of husband and wife team. Devoted to a life of plants, digging in the dirt, and alternative medicine led to their path of herb farming and medicine making.
Tataki Zome (tataki meaning hammering and zome meaning dye) is the Japanese art of pounding leaves and flowers into fiber to expel it’s pigment. Leaving a lasting botanical print. We will be using this on hemp tank tops from Jungmaven. If you sign up online for this event I will email you asking for your size preference. There are 4 events in this series where you can join us for a unique opportunity to visit local organic farms, farm stores, hidden gems and local businesses to learn how to distill your own hydrosol with fresh aromatic herbs and flowers as well as create a beautiful one of a kind wearable art with flowers and earth pigments.
Each event and location are special, featuring seasonal herbs, flowers and berries for our hydrosols and plant materials to create botanical art on different mediums.
These workshops are offered both in a series or individually.
